Private Dinner for Six

Such a great dinner we put on last night for our good friends Leah & Clint at their beautiful home in the hinterland at Eerwah Vale. It was a combined birthday for three of their guests and they celebrated with a five course dinner out on their deck. It was the first opportunity for me to use my new crockery, hand made by Kim Wallace ceramics, just beautiful.


Goats curd tart, confit tomato, basil, olive crumb


New season white asparagus, pickled shimeji, broadbeans, pecorino, pangrattato


Mooloolaba king prawns, marinated fennel, celtuce, smoked garlic


Coral coast barramundi, celeriac, spigarello, yarra valley salmon roe, saffron butter


Snow egg meringue, whipped mascarpone, passionfruit, coconut granita
